I was concerned that the flowers wouldn't be delivered on time, but Megan asswaged my fears by giving me current updates on status of the flowers, and because the delivery person wasn't allowed to take them personally to her, she had them wait until they were picked up. Just a fantastic experience all around!

Flowers were ordered and set to be delivered before a holiday weekend and I was worried about the availability of delivery and if the flowers would arrive on time before my girlfriend left for the weekend. Megan was amazing. She called me and assured my the delivery would arrive before 2pm and then actually made the delivery herself. Megan also added personal touches to the card and arraignment. I highly recommend Heirloom & Co. and I will be visiting them again.
